By using DFW Scrap Rates — including signing up for our email or SMS updates — you agree to these terms.
Service
DFW Scrap Rates is a daily price-reporting service. Each weekday morning, we call a set of public-facing Dallas–Fort Worth scrap yards, capture the prices they give us, and summarize the top-paying yard for the copper grades we track. We deliver that summary by email and (for opt-in subscribers) by SMS.
SMS messaging
- By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from DFW Scrap Rates with daily price summaries.
- Message frequency is approximately 5 per week (weekday mornings). Frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email info@leetgroup.net.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Accuracy of prices
Prices we report are captured from yard staff during morning calls and are subject to change throughout the day. They are intended as a directional summary, not a quote. Actual payout you receive at any yard depends on the yard's policies, material quality, weight, and other factors at the time of sale.
Paid pilot
The current paid offer is a 5-business-day pilot for $19. The pilot is one-time and does not auto-renew unless we offer and you accept a recurring option in writing.
